We opened in North Gate Station because we live here, and we believed in this community. No business can survive in these conditions.
Lucky Hare and Night Train Pizza have operated at 60 North Gate Station Drive in Marble Hill since December 2023. Our lease guaranteed us the exclusive right to operate a restaurant in the shopping center — a right our landlord, Black Crow Ventures (owned by Dr. Randy Muecke), agreed to in writing and then allowed to be violated. When we pushed back, a flood destroyed our premises, Randy failed to make repairs, and he filed to evict us.

Special Stipulation No. 4 gave us the exclusive right to operate a restaurant at North Gate Station. The lease also placed all HVAC, plumbing, structural, and roof maintenance squarely on the landlord.

On January 16, 2026, Black Crow’s unmaintained sprinkler system failed. NON-COMPLIANCE tags had been on the riser since before we moved in. Our restaurant has not fully recovered since.
